認識學院-學院簡介

管理學院於2016年取得美國國際商學院促進協會(AACSB)認證,躋身世界頂尖前5%商管學院之列,並以創新教學、實務學習、應用研究為核心,透過個案教學、互動式學習、業師教學、證照輔導等,提升學生就業競爭力。

管理學院將以AI人工智慧為核心,結合各學系專業,設計跨領域學分學程,培育產業所需之跨領域人才,並持續與美商甲骨文公司合作,提供Oracle資料庫證照輔導,成就學生高薪就業表現。

The COM was established in 1997 and it’s one of the largest academic units in the CHU. The COM offers four degree programs i.e. Bachelors of Business Administration BBA, Master of Science MS, Master of Business Administration MBA, & Ph.D. For the BBA Degree program there are six departments, including Department of Business Administration, Department of Finance, Department of Industrial Management, Department of Information Management, Department of International Business & Continues Education Program for Management. For the MS Degree program there are three departments, including Department of Business Administration, Department of Industrial Management, & Department of Information Management. For the MBA Degree program, it includes Department of Business Administration. And for the Ph.D. Degree program, it includes Department of Technology Department. A total of 8 bachelor’s degrees, 6 master’s degrees, & 1 doctoral degree are offered. There are around 64 participating faculty members and more than 1000 students in the college. Since the College of Management (COM) attaining the AACSB certification in August 2016, the COM has been actively cultivating management talents in compliance with regional economic development and the mission of innovative teaching, practical learning and applied research. Therefore, the COM provides curriculum planning in accordance with social and industrial changes to enhance students' employment competitiveness, and plans multifaceted courses to give students diversified choices, while the refinement of COM's core curriculum can provide students with adaptive learning. The COM hopes that through the implementation of the college-based teaching unit, students can receive high quality and advance management education and training that are more consistent with the social and industrial application, and teachers are capable to respond to the needs of changing times by providing effective teaching methods and contents that meet the needs of students, to such an extent that it has more flexible and better teaching resources to respond to the impacts of the internal and external environments. With the ambition to be distinguishable in the region, the COM has been continuously striving forward in achieving its mission under the outstanding leadership of its president, along with the joint efforts of all the faculty members including the staff, students and thoroughly supported by the Board of Directors has been the key to success for the COM in the region followed by investments in outreach and community partnerships.
