In order to cultivate students' ability of teamwork and writing special topics, the COM held the 10th "The Best is You" special topics competition, in which three outstanding works were recommended by the each department, and six groups participated in this semester.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, this year's special topics competition was presented in the form of a film, in regulation with the epidemic prevention policy of the Ministry of Education (MOE).

Two experts and scholars from outside the university were invited to compare the written materials, special posters and presentation videos of each group, with the aim of testing students' expression ability and teamwork, stimulating creativity and ideas, and thus presenting the results in the form of posters. The Criterion for winning was based on the highest average score of three items。

After fierce competition, the results are as follows：

First place: the "Memory Tour Like New One" guided by Professor Chen, Yen-chiu from the Department of Information Management, with a cash reward of NTD 5,000. Each student was awarded one certificate and two awards; The Professor was awarded one certificate.

Second place: the "Three-legged Cat" guided by Instructor Chuang, Tien-hsi from the Department of Industrial Management, with a cash reward of NTD 3,000. Each student was awarded one certificate and a reward; The Instructor was awarded one certificate。

Third place: the "Lost Cat" guided by Professor Li, Kai-li from the Department of Finance, with a cash reward of NTD 2,000. Each student was awarded one certificate; The Professor was awarded one certificate.。
