管理學院自1997年成立以來，以成為區域中小企業的領航者；打造卓越、優質的商管教育與學習環境為目標。

我們共同努力建立學術、產學、研究、社會、國際交流與厚植學生軟實力為方針，將行政服務化，達到「創新教學」、「實務學習」及「產學鏈結」的發展策略；透過副院長、各項學院發展事務委員會召集人及所有同仁的緊密合作下，以下述機制來達成6I：

提升教學品質(Educational Impact)

導入「以學生為中心」的現代教育理念，結合互動式、團隊導向式及問題導向式學習，顛覆過去傳統講授方式，培育跨領域專業人才。並透過鼓勵教師導入個案教學及開發企業個案，推廣跨學院(系)之學分學程、創新創意普及教育、各系創新專題課程與教學觀摩制度等，持續提升教學品質。

強化研究質量( Academic Impact )

推動教師研究獎勵措施，鼓勵教師建立跨領域研究團隊，掌握關鍵管理議題，舉辦國際及兩岸大型研討會；爭取政府與民間企業相關研發計畫，邀請國內外優秀產官學界代表訪問，拓展研究資源，改善教學研究環境，強化研究質量。

推動產學交流(Industrial Impact)

成立企業培訓基地，媒合企業實習合作及研發、致力推動畢業即就業目標。廣邀產官學界專家學者開授實務學習課程，協助中小企業經理人才培訓，協助產業轉型與升級，加強管院實習就業計畫。

發揮社會影響( Social Impact )

落實校園人人志工文化，推動愛系、愛校與一系一德鄰志工服務，並持續深化陽光青年制度，鼓勵學生參與社會與企業服務，以培養學生具備「社會關懷」與「熱心服務」之基本素養，發揮社會影響。

拓展國際交流 (International Impact )

致力提昇教學及研究能量，於2016年已通過AACSB商管認證，位列世界頂尖前5%之商管學院。加強國際和合作、協助區域產業創新與升級，開設中小企業經理人培訓課程、推展與國際優秀大學師生學術合作及開設海外研習課程。

厚植學生軟實力(Student Impact)

管理學院以「創意教學」、「實務學習」及「產學鏈結」為使命，除了以創新教學顛覆過去傳統的教學方式之外，亦藉由產學合作與社團活動，提供學生一個做中學的平台，培育學生具備專業、實踐、溝通之能力，厚植學生的軟實力。

 

Strengths of the COM

Since the university is in the vicinity of the Science Park, the COM relatively adapts a unique approach to foster students learning and development than the conventional method. Few to mention are the college curriculum, research centers, and various development programs are aimed in developing IT skill literacy of the students along with their professional competency.

Advance Research Centers Developing a vibrant research culture through the establishment of advance research centers.

Facilitating International Mobility by supporting freshman students to study abroad through “Freshman Free Short-Term Study Abroad General Education Course” and facilitating junior and senior year student exchange study, and overseas internship

On the footsteps of the CHU, the COM also boasts its strength “Three Highs” i.e. High Employment Rate, High Salary, & High Employer Satisfaction among the private universities. Various programs such as “Job For You- Jia Tao Le CHU Branch”, “Taiming- Youth Precision Employment Program”, “Guaranteed Graduation Salary 31K”, “UCAN Project”, etc. are some of the highlights under its distinguishable features.
