中川幸子博士於慶應義塾大學商學研究所獲得博士學位，她的專長研究包括多元化和包容性管理、企業組織和人力資源管理。
Yukiko Nakagawa received the Ph.D. degree in Business and Commerce from Keio University, Japan. Her research expertise includes Diversity and Inclusion management, Business Organization, and Human Resource Management. She is currently a researcher, Institute for Research in Contemporary Political and Economic Affairs, Waseda University, Japan.

中央研究院經濟研究所研究員、所長、美國哈佛大學訪問學者、東華大學管理學院院長、中華經濟研究院院長、金融研訓院董事長等職，目前也兼任中央研究院經濟研究所研究員、台灣大學經濟系教授、東華大學財務金融系榮譽教授等職。
Researcher and director of the Institute of Economics, Academia Sinica, visiting scholar at Harvard University, dean of the School of Management of National Dong Hwa University, dean of the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, chairman of the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, etc. Professor of the Department of Economics, Honorary Professor of the Department of Finance, Donghua University, etc.
